Bring Equinox’s premium experience to a multi-device digital platform
The product delivered live, program-based training, personalized recommendations, and on-demand fitness and wellness content. It supported multiple partner brands, diverse class formats, and a growing library spanning strength, cardio, yoga, meditation, and recovery.
The approach focused on scalable content architecture, consistent cross-device interaction patterns, and clear discovery paths that helped members quickly find the right workout by goal, duration, trainer, or brand. Modular components enabled new programs, series, and partner content to launch seamlessly, while shared design patterns ensured a cohesive experience across devices.
Design Director driving end-to-end delivery
Partnered with the VP of Design to shape product vision and maintain executive alignment. Led a team of six designers and five UX designers, setting quality and craft across the experience.
Owned end-to-end member journeys across discovery, workouts, and program engagement. Partnered with product and engineering to launch and evolve the platform, ensuring production-ready visual and interaction systems and a premium, high-performance brand standard.
Expanded Equinox’s class experience beyond the gym
Members could discover live or on-demand classes by goal, schedule, or trainer, then track progress through performance history and milestones. A consistent, synced experience allowed workouts to move seamlessly across devices and fit naturally into daily life.
