The platform needed to highlight premium craftsmanship and design credibility while supporting a high-volume, complex catalog and modern B2B and B2C shopping behaviors.
The solution paired flexible modular templates with an editorial-first browsing model and a strong commerce foundation, including predictive search, robust filtering, collaborative lists, and streamlined PDP-to-checkout flows designed to inspire, guide, and convert.
Led visual foundation and experience
Partnered with the Group Creative Director to define the initial look and evolve it into a cohesive, scalable system. Worked closely with UX to establish the visual language, storytelling approach, and interaction patterns across the platform.
Designed and implemented a modular system of reusable components that enabled teams to scale content and commerce efficiently. Owned core templates and interaction patterns across browse, product, and checkout flows, partnering with product and engineering to deliver polished, production-ready designs that upheld a premium brand across devices.
Elevated the eCommerce experience
Customers could browse by room, category, or curated collections, find products faster through predictive search, advanced filtering, and improved navigation, and explore richer product pages with detailed imagery, materials, dimensions, and availability. Real-time lists, saved items, and a streamlined checkout supported collaboration and faster movement from discovery to purchase.
