Real-time performance metrics powered immersive live and on-demand classes, while flexible ride modes and music-driven programs simplified discovery. Leaderboards and milestones recreated the motivation of riding together, supported by a scalable content system that preserved a premium, studio-quality feel.

Partnered with the VP of Design to shape product vision and maintain executive alignment. Led a senior design team, setting quality and craft across the experience.

Owned the end-to-end experience across discovery, in-class rides, and community features. Partnered with product and engineering to launch and evolve the platform, overseeing visual and interaction systems across hardware and software through build and QA while maintaining a premium, studio-quality standard.

Delivered the SoulCycle studio experience at home

Riders could discover classes by mood, music, instructor, or fitness goals, then join immersive live or on-demand sessions led by SoulCycle instructors. A large in-home screen, studio-quality audio, and real-time performance metrics brought the energy of the studio home. Flexible ride modes, personal playlists, and community features recreated the motivation of riding together while supporting sustained engagement and retention.
